To celebrate the opening of citizenM’s new hotel in the
worlds happiest city, we spent some time getting to know the local citizens of
Copenhagen.
Working with Marie Hald, we photographed 32 locals of the city on colourful backdrops that, when placed in the windows of the hotel, brought some much needed colour to the long, dark Copenhagen nights.

To launch the outdoor exhibition, we invited light artist, Jakob Kvist to design
a lightshow that helped bring the whole exhibition to life.
We also created a series of portrait films, that really dived into what makes Copenhagen so special for its citizens.
